One of the highlights of Lake Park is the lion bridges. Seriously - they’re iconic. But they’re also a magnet for foot traffic, especially around golden hour when everyone and their dog decides it's the perfect time for a stroll.
Does that mean we should skip them? Absolutely not. With a little timing finesse and creative angling (thank you, theatre background), I can usually get those swoon-worthy shots with minimal crowds sneaking into the corners.
Embrace the Variety
Lake Park isn't just about one “look.” In a single session, we can move from wooded trails to open lake views to that grand staircase overlooking the shoreline - all within a five-minute walk. This gives your gallery so much depth. It feels like multiple sessions in one and helps keep the kiddos (and grown-ups) engaged.
Bonus: The lighthouse near the northern edge of the park? A total showstopper for sunset light!
