Every wedding package includes an engagement session, because I believe it’s one of the most important parts of the wedding experience. Engagement sessions are a chance to get comfortable in front of the camera, experience how I guide and photograph you, create relaxed, natural images before the wedding day, and build trust so your wedding day feels effortless. Most couples walk away saying, “That was actually fun.” And when the wedding day arrives, everything feels familiar.
As your wedding photographer, I want to do everything I can to make your day go as smoothly as possible—so you can focus on celebrating while I document the love you share. In my experience, efficient and thorough planning is what allows your day to unfold as hoped.
Here’s how we make that happen!
Three months before the wedding you’ll receive a detailed wedding questionnaire that helps me understand your priorities, must-have moments, and the flow of your day.
About one month before the wedding, we’ll meet via Zoom to walk through your wedding day timeline, discuss where I’ll be and when throughout the day, walk through details that matter most to you, and go over any questions or concerns. This is also where I share tips and tricks from my experience, including what helps a wedding day run smoothly, how to build in breathing room, and how to get the most out of your photo time without feeling rushed.
On your wedding day, I stay attentive, organized, and adaptable, communicating with you and your vendors as needed so everything stays on track while I capture your story naturally. As your wedding photographer, I’m more than just someone holding a camera. I’m calm and flexible when plans shift, focused on what matters most to you, and intentional about capturing both planned and spontaneous moments. I’ll guide when needed and step back when the moment deserves space with the goal of documenting real connection.
After your wedding day, you can expect a small sneak peek of images emailed to you and shared on social media, thoughtful, consistent editing of your full gallery, and a final gallery of high-resolution digital images delivered within eight weeks of your wedding day. Your final gallery includes printing rights and access to an online store with a print credit for professional-quality prints and products.
