Print Release
The bearer of this notice has purchased digital files from his/her photography session with Weber Photography. The bearer is hereby granted permission by Weber Photography to reproduce any and all images in print. This allows the bearer to make an unlimited number or prints for personal use only. This permission applies worldwide.
The bearer agrees that he/she may not use any of Weber Photography’s images for commercial or editorial purposes or enter any of these images into competition without the consent of Michael or Vanessa Weber. Weber Photography retains the copyright to all images per USC Title 17 (US Copyright Law).
Copyright and Licensing Notice:
The images that are provided to you are licensed to you for any reasonable personal purposes, including but not limited to printing, copying, e-mailing, and web publishing. Your license does not include use that results in financial gain, including but not limited to advertising, stock photography, print sale profits or resale of any nature.
You may not alter or edit any image in any way with the exception of cropping in attractive composition. It is highly suggested that you print your photos from a professional online source.
Your purchase of original files releases Weber Photography from any liability due to loss or damage of the images and releases Weber Photography from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital file, images, or photographs after six (6) months. Weber Photography highly suggests you backup your images and store them safely.
The bearer hereby agrees to grant Weber Photography the right to use and publish images and photographs taken at your photography session to further promote its service, including portfolio and website presentation, advertisement, and editorial use.
Weber Photography may revoke this license at any time and for any reason. Weber Photography retains the copyright to all images on this disc and derivative works thereof. By using any of the images on this disc you are agreeing to the term above.
